      WFH flexibility with no opportunities for growth

      -Work from home most people I know are fully remote -Unlimited paid time off

      Cons

      - Compensation far below competitors, no stock options, no merit increases, inflation increases, etc. Everyone I know has been stuck at the same pay rate for many years. - Enthusiasm gap between senior leadership team and individual contributors is so large we must be living on different planets. - No opportunities for growth, you will be stuck in the same role making the same money for the entire time you are with Lumen. - Annual reductions in force is the standard practice. - Impossible sales and retention targets. - Constant strategy pivots driven by whatever consultants are contracted at the time.

      No one knows whats going on or what to do half the time as they worry too much on trying to automate things instead of real work
