      I am able to work days

      Benefits keep getting worse. Starting in 2014, can only carry over 40-hours of paid time off. Is this how long term employees should be treated? Now I can start each year off with the same vacation time as a new hire. Made two recent acquisitions and then we adopt most of their failed practices. The engineering department is a total joke with time consuming protocols and too many useless departments.

      Pros

      good pay, ok benefits, overall ok place to work. Local supervisors are very easy to work with on vacations and family leave.

      Cons

      Most internal processes in the company are a mess right now because of the massive amount of growth the company has gone through in the last 2 yrs.

      Pros

      The pay is excellent but I had a union position. Also because of the union position I had excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Management was not very good about working with you if you needed time off. You could take a day off, use a vacation day but would still possibly get an "occurance" for taking that day...
