They did pay well, but the working environment was not pleasant or enjoyable.

Pros
There were some good people that I met along the way. Employee's are able to make a difference with the customer. In the last few years, many ineffective employees were let go (many were good old boys). Finally, the company started to offer proper high speed internet to many locations.
Cons
The lack of accountability lowered moral and productivity. This created an environment where good workers were punished and poor/sloppy workers were not. Database and workforce software upgrades were poorly designed and impliemented. It usually seemed like they were implemented too early and were done in haste in order to meet a deadline.
