Lack of leadership, selfish management, no opportunity for growth, no team collaboration or communication, you are on your own to try to figure out how to get your job done (or even understanding what your job is as it changes regularly) in an ever changing landscape of management, tools and lack of training or even advisement of new tools. Products change constantly and you'd better do your research because they are not telling you much about it other than maybe a few sentences on a company wide call or an email. The sales alignment restructuring this year has been a giant challenge with all parties involved given different competing goals. Good luck if you want even a cost of living raise - not happening for close to a decade now - and they keep finding ways to take money from you while telling you (brainwashing you?) how great the company is doing. This used to be a good place to work but has gone steadily downhill for 8+ yrs.

Too much change too fast. Changing so fast it can't be changed right, and they want to change all the things right now, with plenty of things missed, and unreasonable timelines. The expectation is to complete it regardless. Processes are constantly changing and people can't remember how or what to do. Do more with less and the stop lists are a joke. Nothing gets stopped they just lay people off or not back fill and expect the same work of the people that are left.
