Lousy pay that doesn’t rise with inflation

You can hit every single thing they supposedly value in the "Lumen 8," but it won't matter. Reviews require most employees get "meets expectations," so any additional effort is wasted. There are no promotions EVER. Layoffs and restructuring are constant. They've adopted AI for as much as they can, so you will not have a human interaction with HR. Favoritism abounds, and if you are struggling to get responses from bad employees, nothing will be done except potentially retaliation if you've tried to talk to your manager about it. If you work hard, more work will be piled on you with no promotion or pay raise. Managers will steal your ideas, presenting them as their own.
