Decision making, in general, by senior and exec leadership still baffles me. Operationally, the organization is a hot mess. Not much room for growth. Lack of leadership trust in their own employees.

Administration is changing its focus from community based and staff orientation to a financial focus and growth. They look good on paper as magnet but often don't practice the skills of magnet as they did originally.
