      Wellness Initiative (growing)- Ensuring health and wellness of employees and finding ways for them to interact with one another outside of work. Diversity- You meet a lot of interesting people Pay is okay

      Cons

      Benefits have gone down hill over the years Management can get in over their heads and do not seem to take into consideration the opinions and concerns of those below them. Either you are on-board with the changes or nothing.
