Becoming Luminis and taking on a failing hospital. Pushing out AAMC employees to keep the failing Doctors employees. New upper management played favoritism with the DCMC upper management after they already failed their hospital by putting them in charge at AAMC. Big Mistake. Many of the kept employees are beyond lazy and don’t care. Very few left that actually do care about what they do and work so so so hard without any recognition (it’s a shame those employees get pushed out).

Upper management has little to no understanding or regard for the current situation of the clinics. Will throw changes at you at the drop of the hat and expect you to adjust immediately. Solutions to company wide disfunction are short sighted and not well thought out in how it will actually affect the people working in office. Patients miss out on consistent care because management is so pressed to get as many new patients as possible. Instead of ensuring all current patients are seen consistently so they can improve as quickly as possible they are focused on getting the highest volume of patients.
