      Pros

      Great culture overall - if you're doing your best, you will be supported by your team and your management, at least in my experience.

      Cons

      There are some less-than-wonderful apples in the upper executive management basket and nothing will be done about that, so if you run afoul of one of the chosen, look out. I suppose that's probably true with most large employers.
