      Pros

      I've been with Lumistry for six years, and it's hands down the best place I've ever worked. The hybrid work schedule and unlimited PTO offers a fantastic work-life balance. The culture here is truly top-tier; collaborative, inclusive and driven. Leadership is incredibly supportive and growth-focused with our recent acquisitions of Vuca, Vow, Medtel and CareAnimations . They've built a strong foundation of trust across departments through excellent training and clear communication. Because of that, there's no need for micromanagement - everyone is empowered to do their best work with confidence. I work out of the beautiful office off 38th and Lamar in Austin, which adds to the experience. And the products we've brought to the market are absolute game changers in the pharmacy industry. It's easy to speak with integrity when talking to pharmacy owners because what we offer truly makes a difference. Im proud to be growing my career here and excited for what's ahead.

      Cons

      Nothing notable comes to mind in terms of drawbacks. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, any challenges have been minimal and well- managed!

      Pros

      I've been with Lumistry for a while now and I've found it to be a dependable place to work. The company culture is genuinely supportive, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. Leadership is approachable and transparent, consistently making an effort to ensure open communication across all levels. Training opportunities are available, which has helped me get better at my job. The people here are friendly and professional, always willing to lend a hand when needed. We're also given the flexibility to work from home, which I appreciate as it helps me manage my personal life alongside my career. Overall, Lumistry is a straightforward, fair place to work where you can steadily grow your career and enjoy your day-to-day job.

      Cons

      Limited company holidays but they offer open PTO.

      Pros

      Lumistry prioritizes its employees' well-being, growth, and satisfaction by fostering a positive and supportive work environment. They actively address employee needs and concerns. I appreciate that they still offer hybrid and remote work allowing for a a healthy work-life balance. It is a positive and inclusive culture where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. Plenty of employee recognition programs and great benefits for a company of this size including parental leave and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Management is approachable but some areas of top-down communication could be improved.
