      My experience at Lumistry has been truly rewarding! The community here is fantastic—whether it’s the support and collaboration of colleagues or the leadership’s openness, transparency, and commitment to the company’s success. It all comes together to create a strong, inclusive work environment. This positive culture fosters continuous growth and learning, providing valuable opportunities for personal and professional development. The hybrid work model is ideal, and the benefits are highly competitive—especially the unlimited PTO, which is an incredible perk. On top of that, Lumistry keeps things engaging with fun events across different offices, ensuring employees feel connected and enjoy their work experience. The hybrid work environment is ideal, and the benefits are also competitive including the unlimited PTO which is an awesome perk. There are also always fun events happening throughout the different offices offering connection opportunities and making sure that people enjoy working at Lumistry.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, and sometimes things change due to the nature of the industry that Lumistry is in. Not a big con, just something for leadership to understand and be able to help their teams pivot and navigate through changes. Keep listening and being transparent with your teams and the company!

      Great place to grow

      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 5 years and have seen growth in our product offerings and customer base. I have also seen a lot of internal staffing growth and role development. Lumistry has great work life balance with unlimited PTO and a hybrid work schedule. Pay scales have also increased to be more competitive over the last several years. The plan to continually expand our service offerings provides internal opportunities to learn and advance.

      Cons

      With rapid evolution of products and processes comes frequent change. You do need to be adaptable and willing to learn something new.

      Growing Company with Strong Leadership and Supportive Culture

      Pros

      I’ve been with Lumistry for 6 years, and it’s been a truly rewarding experience. The leadership team is transparent and approachable. The sales department, in particular, has a fun and collaborative environment. We work together closely, sharing insights and strategies to hit our goals. The company offers a competitive salary, great benefits, and a good work-life balance. The sales training programs are robust and well-organized. The tools and resources provided to the sales team are top-notch, and the products are something I truly believe in, which makes selling them feel even more rewarding. The other thing I love is the company is building and selling leading software solutions, right now. Many software companies sell solutions that are outdated and have no active development underway. That is definitely not the case with Lumistry!

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are moments of change and adjustment, but leadership is always transparent and communicative, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Quota numbers are aggressive. Sales reps cannot be lazy and expect to succeed.
