We are going through a period of change with new Leadership and evolving priorities, and we recognize that transitions can feel unsettling. Our goal is to build a company where communication is clear, decisions are transparent, and our Team Members understand the “why” behind where we’re headed. Thank you for writing a review. We regret that you did not have a positive experience. Seems some of the data cited in the review is not accurate for at least the last couple of years (perhaps you left prior to that). As an example, our Leadership Team consists of 45% of various races (non-white) and/or females, and 1 in 3 of our Team Members identifies as Underrepresented Groups (URGs) for race/ethnicity. We do not consider race/ethnicity/gender in our hiring process but we are proud that we have achieved organic diversity due to hiring the best fit for the job. Promotions are based on performance and we do our best to promote from within whenever possible. Thank you again for the review!
