We understand that competitive compensation is a key part of that and we align our pay structure with industry standards as defined by our participation in salary surveys such as Culpepper. We also recognize the importance of promoting based on merit and experience and are continually refining our processes to ensure fairness and transparency. Positions are posted and interested parties are encouraged to apply. We strongly believe in promoting from within whenever possible. Our Interview process for internal candidates includes reviewing past performance, initiative and fit for the new role.
Your feedback regarding our People Operations and how we respond to employee reviews is especially important. Our intention is always to listen and learn. We conduct multiple engagement activities annually where we seek input for our Teams on how things are transpiring with our Employee Experience. From the feedback we receive, we develop Action Plans to address opportunities for improvement.
