      I am here because I believe in the mission but I am disappointed in management. Favoritism is a problem here. I come to work not kiss up. I am here for a check.

      No systems in place. Too many chiefs not enough indians.

      Pros

      Great leadership team. Great culture and collaboration among teams and the projects / work is exciting and purposeful.

      Cons

      Early stages of the company's development and so the environment is quite dynamic. For most (including myself) this is not an issue, but it's a fast paced, constantly evolving work environment.
