Great comradery, nice lunches, great variety of snacks, inspiring mission, exciting to work with and learn from colleagues, great opportunities for growth, best town hall meetings I've ever been to, awesome comps and benefits, honest and open conversation is widely encouraged at all levels of management and for all individual contributors. All around a great company and a blast to work for.
