      Pros

      Great product addressing a huge market. A very strong technology stack with a clear, immediate path to commercialization - rare for any startup in this space. A ton of room to grow - people are encouraged to take on new challenges, jump in to fill gaps, and grow together with the company. Love being around my co-workers, who are the most talented, open-minded genuine, and fun people I've met. On top of that - great lunch and coffee options, well-planned company events, flexibility on remote work, culture that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness, very wholesome workplace in general.

      Timeline is very aggressive and can be stressful Processes can be messy but just typical of any startup

      I'm incredibly impressed with what Lunar Energy is looking to achieve, and I have great confidence that we will reach our goals because of the extraordinary team. It's the people that make Lunar so special. Everyone is mission oriented, collaborative and eager to make a lasting impact. It's a really energizing work environment.

      Cons

      It's not a place to cruise control and sit back. You have to be willing to work hard and hit deadlines. Lunar is a fast pace work environment with ambitious product goals.
