      Pros

      I've been given meaningful opportunities to increase my role and scope quickly and whether the company is successful (which I think it will be!) I know I will leave Lunar with great experiences and having learned so much from brilliant peers and colleagues.

      Cons

      There are a lot of undefined processes because the Company is prioritizing product launch and some things fall by the wayside. That's also the beauty of working in a startup where you can add a lot of value by taking some initiative to improve something that needs fixing.
