Connection to parent company, Lundbeck in Copenhagen DK - offers many opportunities for working in critical areas of neuroscience / psychiatry / drug development as well as travel, networking and collaboration. Due to influence of the Danish workplace culture, much attention is given to personal development and well-being.

Cons

Tough time to be in pharma - as in many similar workplaces, concerns about stability and longevity.

Great vacation, good people overall, decent pay

Cons

people in HQ half way across the world seem to know everything about a country they have very little experience in. Felt like I needed to be a robot and just "do" and not ask questions.
