New open office was hard for some to get used to but has a lot of flexible space and light. New senior leadership in drug development is promising

Drug development needs a shake up to gather best practice from across the industry . Still silos, reacting instead of anticipating, not a lot of turn over can mean stagnant ideas and relying on old models tracing back to the older methods of local

Real pharmaceutical company that has many dedicated and qualified people who are genuinely interested in making a difference, lots of great people

Cons

Treated as another regional sales office by corporate HQ in Denmark while responsible for majority of revenue. Declining into big pharma where good people leave for better opportunity and those that remain become mouthbreathers. Individual talent not recognized and moral suffers.
