The salary is competitive and not dependent on age. The 50% staff discount and free products are a huge perk. I had great colleagues and a supportive manager and I think this is what can make or break your experience with lush.

Cons

Customers can be difficult and the ways in which you are encouraged to interact with them can make it worse.
