      Cons

      Management can be very pushy with making you talk to EVERY customer that walks in even if they’re clearly very anxious and don’t want to be approached. I hated that about the job

      Generally nice people/environment. It was nice to work for a company that tries to be ethical.

      Cons

      Middle management ruin it. Big bosses were always lovely and helpful, but regional support is a very toxic department. There seems to be no structure or process, rules change constantly without explaination. Bullying and toxic behaviour is rampant in recent years. its a shame that the cultural values and vision that the founders have, is squashed as soon as it gets to middle management. especially in WA.
