      Pros

      Good company to work for. Excellent ethics and products, good rate of pay and bonus. Loads of discount and free products too.

      Cons

      The smell can be overbearing, especially after you've left the shop. Be prepared for your house to smell of lush.

      -Great staff bonus scheme and discounts. -Fun and exciting work environment -interactions between team (managers, supervisors etc) brilliant, very supportive and tight knit. -ethics on point -opportunities for progression -good and fair pay -regular progress reviews, open dialogues.

      Cons

      -none at the moment, very customer focused so be prepared to put on your happy face.
