      Pros

      You can progress easily in the UK to higher paid jobs. Excellent training is offered and lots of free products to take home and try to give staff a better ability to inform customers.

      Cons

      A different business structure to standard companies which can either work great or not so well as it leads to confusion.

      Pros

      Lovely staff, okay pay and brilliant benefits. It does require a lot of product knowledge but I found that rewarding as well as working with people.

      Cons

      The smell can be a massive issue, especially if you're prone to headaches or migraines and of course like in any other retail job you get difficult customers.
