Participants are kind and appreciative.

Cons

Inadequate compensation for the work. You will receive no to very little support in your work. There is a culture of blame when things go wrong. On call for nursing includes many nights and weekends of being on call for which you will not be compensated for.

Creating the relationships with fellow co-workers and participants of the program and becoming a "family." Creating a difference in many lives and watching them succeed in living an abundant life. Benefits are good and managers are willing to work with you on scheduling.

Cons

Pay could be more but other than that it is a great place to be apart of
