This organization is committed to their mission of Abundant Life. Many companies just utilize the their focus as a marketing strategy because it "sounds" good. In this case they really believe in the mission giving the residents joy and the employees the support they need. They understand how hard of a job it is to care for residents and subsequently they are always seeking ways to make it an even better environment in which to work and support a culture of love, patience and caring.

Employer cares about the staff, many opportunities for recognition and awards, lots of free food, candy and snacks, the residents are wonderful and you go home feeling as though you made a difference in someone's life.

Cons

The pay could be higher, communication needs to be enhanced from the top down
