Provides assistance to the elderly to live independently.

Cons

Mismanaged. Company only cares about money, does not care about employees or participants. Resistant to change. Poor retention rates. They make promises to participants that they can't deliver on. Safety concerns are ignored. Employees are over-worked and stressed as a result. Bad culture.
