Pros

Innovative company producing some truly great products. Opportunity to move within the company and take on roles and responsibilities outside what you would be able to do with a larger company

Cons

Can be frustrating at lack of direction of the overall strategy. Lots of unrealised potential. HR structure is vague and unclear to employees
