Lutron was fast-paced and highly innovative

Pros

With ever-changing products and a highly innovative culture, there's little doubt that an engineer will be bored here. The culture also stresses career flexibility, which means that employees will often have a broad range of experiences and positions before they really settle into a role.

Cons

Sometimes the break-neck pace leads to a lack of documentation, which makes trying to modify old projects rather difficult. It also makes getting up to speed as a new hire challenging.
