      Great place to learn

      Pros

      Great place to learn as the job work provides adequate challenges for career growth. Plenty of room to grow in either a management or technical career path within the business. Employee culture is great.

      Cons

      Pay rates could be improved. Indecision issues occur frequently as many projects have too many hands on them which stalls approval process.

      Pros

      Great company and great products. Leader in their industry. Lots of smart people. Plenty of opportunities to explore beyond engineering into business, sales and other roles if desired.

      Cons

      Stale and outdated management philosophy. Very negative environment at times. Disorganized and sometimes dysfunctional. Doesn't feel like people are valued for individuality and personal creativity, but for conforming and being a cog in the wheel. Lots of bizarre interoffice politics.
