      Pros

      The people are amazing, the bonuses and profit sharing are even better. You will learn a lot in the first few months at the company and continue learning the entire time your stay.They really know how to take care of the employees

      Cons

      They expect a lot from their employees. This sometimes means long days and weekends. Though 8-5 is typical the majority of the year.

      If you enjoy a challenging environment which encourages thinking outside the box, Lutron is the company for you. Even in an entry level position management will listen to your input and support your growth. A great place to start right out of college.

      Cons

      Sometimes change is slow to occur because strict processes must be followed. Situations out of our control hamper productivity and the root cause is not always addressed.
