      Pros

      Big company compared to to other Easter Europe IT outsources. Grows fast so you always have list of interesting opportunities and challenges. Pay better or same as nearest competition.

      Cons

      No common corporate culture (development culture, management culture), each account is a company in itself. Internal business process automation is poor which is a shame for software vendor.

      Pros

      Big company with plenty of clients in different areas. It's possible to apply your skills and expertise and to develop yourself through the hard- and soft-skills courses the company provides to its employees for free.

      Cons

      Once you become a key employee in one line of business / technology sector, it can be really hard to try something else inside the company as your management tends to tight you to the domain you are proficient in. Also, due to big size of the company, it is sometimes sluggish and the communication can be really slow.
