The good company with interesting global projects and fair benefit package

Luxoft has a lot of interesting projects in different industries (FinTech, Automotive, Digital Transformation, etc). The management structure is pretty flexible and business-oriented. Company provide relocation options to different locations within and cross-country

Cons

If you work for the corporate functions, it is quite hard to manage the work-life balance. But still, it is interesting and exciting :-)

I have been working at Luxoft since 2007, in Bucharest. The reasons why I remained for such a long period: - possibility to advance in our career if you want to and if you make the effort - can change projects quite often and learn a lot of new things - people are young and the atmosphere is nice - you can register for many trainings, soft skills and technical

Cons

- when working in outsourcing there are decisions from the client that seem unfair - sometimes there is too much volatility in project plans
