      Opportunities, your management and your experience being in Luxoft highly depends on the project you're working for. Overall when you're the type of person that is used to doing everything yourself and don't expect to be babysitted - I think you'll be alright

      Opportunities, your management and your experience being in Luxoft highly depends on the project you're working for. Some have horrible clients, some have horrible management. Overall I think it improved a lot in the past 5 years, at least in US.
