Indian managers are guaranteed to treat subordinates badly. There were many indicators of them being stressed / inexperienced. Too early to say but not upto the high Glassdoor rating. Onsite managers are far more professional but at senior designations.

Hired as a business analyst, however the role was not a business analyst role whatsoever. The company are just after resources to bill clients, with little attention paid to employee happiness. Not warned of working multiple weekends upon signing - very misled and disappointing from Luxoft No awareness of managing 2 laptops with the client, with meetings sent to the luxoft laptop where this would not be present on client site. There is no team with you to work with and therefore a sense of loneliness on client site, as you are subject to their culture rather than anything to do with luxoft. Your manager is somewhere in Russia with whom you have 0 interaction. They just manage the account/'s. This is not the place to come or work if you are seeking to have some enjoyment in what you're doing or fulfilment. 0 employee focus
