Too much Hierarchy. Management always talks about negative things. They had a very good Daimler Project in Berlin however; people not being appraised of doing good job here. There Automotive lobby is on fire except one in Berlin and upper management is also setting it up on fire with their mean minded thinking of cutting cost, salary freeze and good people started leaving the Daimler project as well. Too much emphasis on making money while ignoring the employees. Many people are Expat here, which join the company in less salary and later are stuck, as there is no proper appraisal system here. In next 6 Months, people from here will join other growing projects like Tesla, Volkswagen etc.

Worst company ever in my career. They hire you on onsite locations like Singapore australia and then later they put you on bench for 8-10 months saying the project is in pipeline. And they after they force you to join India location on less salary or serve notice. In this case you have forgotten everything u have worked, less confidence. If go to india then your salary will be lesser than what you were earning previously. Upper management and HR all support each other in their unethical behaviours. The time on your release they will not give your reliveing letter. Happened to me then I threaten to file a legal complaint then they gave. Luxoft especially derivit consists of people in upper managemeNt who have reached their because of their relationship with the founders of derivit. Upper management of derivit does not have caliber and potentiop to lead . For me they put me on bench for 1 year and they were incapable to crack a single project for me.
