It appears this crucial detail was either not conveyed properly to their client or I was deliberately kept in the dark. Impact on personal and family life: I resigned from my existing role, wrapped up my commitments, and prepared for relocation based on their offer — only to be left stranded without support or alternative options. This created unnecessary financial and emotional stress, not just for me but for my entire family. Questionable job security: If such decisions can be made so carelessly at the offer stage, it raises serious concerns about job security for existing and future employees.
