Pros

They paid relocation to Krakow. The colleagues in the office were amazing people.

Cons

Lot`s of it. Internal mobility is a joke. I ended up working as a contractor for a financial bank that gave me no chance to proof my expertise. As a Senior developer i felt like a junior developer, completely powerless with no right to speak. The day i disagreed and tried to speak up ( professionally of course) i was dismissed from the project. It seems even though the contract was indefinite, the position was just for a year, but that was never told. Listen, there are better body shops out there.

Pros

The company has a global presence and a good client portfolio. The initial recruitment process seemed well-organized.

Cons

Severe lack of accountability: After going through multiple interview rounds and receiving an offer, the company abruptly withdrew the offer at the last moment, citing project cancellation. Unprofessional communication: Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear explanation or timely response from the team. My emails went unanswered during a critical time. Irresponsible hiring process: I had transparently communicated my 2-month notice period to the team well in advance. It appears this crucial detail was either not conveyed properly to their client or I was deliberately kept in the dark. Impact on personal and family life: I resigned from my existing role, wrapped up my commitments, and prepared for relocation based on their offer — only to be left stranded without support or alternative options. This created unnecessary financial and emotional stress, not just for me but for my entire family. Questionable job security: If such decisions can be made so carelessly at the offer stage, it raises serious concerns about job security for existing and future employees.
