      Pros

      Medical insurance coverage for family members.

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture. If the current project is cutting off some headcounts and you get affected, they will issue you a notice period for three months right away. Asking you to find another project internally else you have to leave after the notice period is end. What a joke!

      Unfortunetly, this is a hire&fire company. They will fire you after 3 months. They destroyed my career path. Tried to get a visa for a long time. They act different across their employee. For some of them they are speaking with embassy for others they don't do even nothing and giving all the responsibility for your shoulders. Even if you upskill yourself inside they won't be apply a rejected offer 2nd time.

      They provide some courses which help you to pass the time.

      Cons

      No job guarantee, If they cannot find a project for you within 3 months, You are fired. They don't care if you have come from another country risking your career. Sometimes they failed to provide a single interview within these 3 months, Still, they don't hesitate to fire you.
