      Good company with bad managers/team leaders

      Pros

      Good number of different projects and clients to choose. Good relocation team.

      Cons

      Very low salary compared to similar positions. No career plan - need to be friends with the right person to grow. Most managers are chose based on link to other managers and not for being competent people. Rude and unprepared managers. Ukrainians and Russian employees will ignore you and speak Russian all day. No chances to grow if you don't speak Russian.

      The search for pros continues.

      Cons

      The Humane resource culture is not very transparent here. Its basically a body shop, they hire and fire. Faking interviews with the clients and putting profiles on hold internally as there are no projects.

      1. Big Company But no crystal clear communication.

      Cons

      1. Hired and Fired 35 resources including QA's, SSE, DevOps. 2. Resource Managers they don't know IT Basics. 3. Currently they dont have projects. But linked to multiple job openings 4. Please if you want to secure job do not relocate and not join. 5. Just consultancy, No Project then No Job.
