      Pros

      Nothing good, all depends on the client you working for. Luxoft culture policies are all lame and useless coz you have to do what client says. Insurance is decent though.

      Cons

      They seem to never give appraisal hike letters. Appraisals close in March and You wont get hike letters till Aug end for no explained reasons, senior mgmt will keep giving dates again and again. No additional perks or benefits. Its less like a corporate organisation and no professionalism with senior management.

      There is nothing pro in this company, local managers are worst .

      Immediate managers wont listen employee's problem just they need to get work even though employee is dying.
