      What can I say.. I found none

      Cons

      Too many to count - They create a competitive environment between the people in the same team / department - You have to do the “target”, if the numbers are not there, your overall effort is ignored. You did nothing - Very pathetic benefits package - Low salaries - No feedback for candidates - The management doesn’t appreciate the top recruiters (the management from another country especially) - So much pressure, they need and they want money, you have to hire even your family - You have to deal with a lot of negative feedback from the candidates - You have to work overtime in order to succed

      Pros

      Job security is there. If your client decides to not proceed with your contract, they will still offer other clients to work with and there are chances of moving to other countries.

      Cons

      There are a select few people who goes up the ladder in this firm. All the other employees are not really considered in the management's eyes. Getting into Luxoft is easy but getting out feels like being locked in a room and the key is lost because the notice period is 3 months. So good luck on finding another job without quitting.

      Pros

      Competitive base salary. Initial training on Murex is provided. Other training courses available for your interests.

      Cons

      No bonus in first year. Cannot claim for dental. Your job scope is entirely decided by client whom you cannot negotiate with. Management seems to be clueless on how to manage local hires. Their priority is on importing foreign talent.
