      Fast Hiring Process Salary is high for Spain market

      Cons

      - I was on probation Period, and I didn't have any 1:1 with my manager or the project manager and then they fire me saying that my performance was not good, how I was supposed to know that i'm not doing well if I have no feedback? - They have a fast hiring process but it's not guaranteed that they will have a project for you, took me almost 2 months to have a project, then I stay 1 month in a internal project so when I reach 3 months (probation period) they fire me as I said above. - HR is also messy they don't know how to give correct information - My buddy was not present on my day-day work

      Nothing is good here everything is scam..

      Cons

      You will be hired and desired salary and you will be fired after 60 days in bench...this is common for all please do not join here and spoil your life... Don't trust them pls if you get a call from Luxoft please reject...

      - If you are looking for too much of work and less salary, its a good option

      Cons

      - There is not standard compensation for individuals. They try to give everyone as lest package as possible. - I know 2 individuals with 5 and 15 years of experience working as a Senior Developer in the same team and 5 years experience guy is earning higher than 15 years experience guy. there is no uniformity in the pay structure.
