      worst place to work, np project, they will keep you on bench for 3 month n terminate contract. also for project search they will share your profile which doesn't match your cv n blame you won't be available to clear around. if you get luxoft offer, get project then only come or do not come

      Pros

      Just u need luck to get job in this company and no talent. No development centre nothing. Just Third party company. 3rd month u will be in job market and roads and linked open status. 250 Resources fired same time. all came from good companies with good technical background. just without project hired .

      Cons

      Better avoid this company for better life and work. They will offer how much you want. but that is for only 3 months. without notice they will terminate you.

      they hired from India and say as a permanent employee but once you land in poland they will sign contract for 3 months only. and you have to find project yourself and they will conduct internal Luxoft interviews and reject you with invalid reason.
