      Benefits like insurance, luxmed facilities, copyright, 13th month salary

      Cons

      Lot of cons : They hire alot , a ton of people without assured project They dont know how to grab a project may be thats why they have limited project They hire people outside of the country and then after three months terminate the contract They terminate the contract once the baby is born (For pregnant ladies) simply they refuse to give prolongation contract

      If you have a stable client / project - you are good: salary always on time, benefits, health insurance, free access to learning

      Cons

      Projects can end without any notice and you will have to go through interview again and again to get new project. If you do not find a project in 1-2 months you will be terminated.
