      Pros

      The company pay quite well and have interesting clients in the portfolio.

      Cons

      There is no team building and also strict rules for bench - after 2 months without the project = big chance for being released.

      Once the Contract to end client is finished, you are not valuable. Better join them as contractor

      Pros

      Same as any other consultancy no difference. Consider you as a peiece of asset untill the end client contract is on.

      Cons

      Once the end client contract is finished, even though you are on perm contract, you will get same 1 month notice and just a show off of consultation to terminate your contract.

      Pros

      My project was actually quite nice with lots of competent people and I was actually encouraged in my career path and promoted. The tasks were interesting and kept you engaged.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from the senior managers. Salary freezes. Every time you wanted a raise they came up with an excuse not to raise your salary. When I left they said they will raise my salary, so I told them to come up with an offer. I didn't receive it until today.
