      You will learn quite a lot. You'll get to know people who are great at what they are doing. There is a chance to wear different hats and try different ideas. Just keep you fingers crossed that you get assigned to a good project.

      Cons

      Some projects are awful: toxic, stressful, without a clear goal. Some internal processes must be improved. Some offices are bad.
