      Good office, training programs,medical insurance, conferences, fitness room, shower room, rest room, air condition, running club, volleyball. Good IT department.

      Cons

      Open space Rare team buildings Hard to increase salary. It is easier to leave the company and hire again. When you have seek leave you will get lower salary (it is according to russian low, but many comoanies conpencate)
