      Pros

      Great support, Great technology, Great compensation, good benefits, stellar work/life balance, great communication with Luxoft-side management and HR. I had a great experience in the thorough vetting process, where the job I originally applied for and interviewed for ended up going to an internal employee - however Luxoft advocated for me in a few other roles where my skills matched and I ended up with a far better job than I originally applied for.

      Cons

      I personally don't have any cons. The only thing I've read here is that many people are not reassigned elsewhere once an assignment ends. I hope this will not be the case for me.

      If the Global Employer Branding Big Boss doesn't like you, start looking for a new job, your time here is up. If you think that this is a place to create and grow, not even start working here. it's waste of time and efforts. all your ideas will be sold under your boss's name.
