Firstly they don't have projects. I have not got a single opportunity in past few months. Career hub manager, recruiter are useless, manager doesn't respond to emails or teams chat or even scold you if you ping or call them. You'll feel isolated as there is no one to connect too. They are asking candidates to be flexible to move to another location for projects and if we fail to get a project within 2 months, then they are triggering the notice period from backend. So there is a bench policy of 2-2.5 months. If you are lucky enough to get a opportunity, then client interviews are too tough to crack here. They are conducting multiple rounds of interviews again before onboarding you into the project. Don't go or follow the Glassdoor reviews as I have made that mistake and joined this company. Past few months was too stressful for me. Also, if you are thinking about joining this company considering it's a child company of DXC then please don't as they don't have DXC projects. They are still independent company with lack of projects. They have openings for particular skills only so before joining them better ask about the projects or ask them to conduct client interview first and then join else you will face the same situation as most of the new joiners faced here.

False promises of onsite and fooled to work in India without any hike on joining from differnt company. I was contact by luxoft Recruiter for India Bangalore position . I was only interested in US/EU region so EU position was mentioned. Interviewed within a week and offer released . EU contract signed . Post work permit confirmation HR reached out saying cant travel due to COVID so work from India remotely by joining India office on contract without any hike in India salary until you move to EU. In 2 monhts they said client is lost and no EU position is available. I was told they will try for another position in EU but again interview will be done. meanwhile I was asked to work on other projects in India Bangalore Team . India salary was not good as it was mentioned by HR its a temporary arrangement so compromise on india Salary. HR is not ready to own their mistake and compensate for making once quit a settled job and join here for less and onsite . HR says its unfortunate and cant do anything. It feels like entire thing was planned and played as a scam to get people to work in India office by promising false onsite opportunities. There is no Onsite at all. I dont recommend you to join this even if VISA is sponsored as the company is unethical and irresponsible.
