      Nothing for now based on recent treatment

      I spent 8 year in Luxoft and last 2 years we got no hike due to corona virus. Now i got a new job but i was told i will be blacklisted and given legal case. People who are here are tired of the unprofessional leadership and i suggest to new people not to join or think twice of the offer. HR is actually admin and from an old staffing company. We dont have any involvement of DXC which would have helped to sort the situation.

      Pros

      Luxoft is an awesome enterprise, with lots to offer to its employees. I have been relocated from Brazil to Poland and the process was very smooth. They are very supportive and it is a great place to grow.

      I have not complaints about Luxoft so far.

      My worst work experience ever! After being hired, I was forced to meet with customers and find work for them. Their own managers and customers didn't even know what they were looking for. The job experience was inadequate, and during job interviews, they ask you absurd (so-called logical) questions (the person asking the question can't even answer it themselves). I heard they don't have enough projects, and the projects they do have are legacy projects. They bring people to another country and fire them after three months. You find yourself in another country, unemployed and penniless, not recognizing yourself after three months. They don't mention some details or talk about them vaguely. Don't believe in this company, or you will regret it. I believed and lost all my savings. I got sick from the grief and now I'm trying to get treatment for a serious illness while being unemployed and penniless. Congratulations Luxoft! Keep doing this to people.
