Pros

Consider Luxoft Poland as 3 months paid trip. 1. Hire and fire. 2. If you don't get any project within probation, contract is not extended. 3. No efforts putting candidate to right project. CV will be rejected in PM review. and list goes on... If you get project, you are lucky.

Cons

Join only if you have project allocation.

Pros

On time and salary paid during probation. Visa and cab reimbursements.

Cons

What not to say. You are hiring people all the way from abroad. When you do, you need to make sure that they get project with their matching skills. Before recruitment itself, you need to have a proper understanding of what client wants. based on that hiring should happen. Now, they hired people like anything, and made them to be on bench and asking them to give interviews again. Most of the time, a candidate profile or CV doesnt get selected during PM review itself. I myself got only two interviews scheduled in 3 months , out of them one was cleared but that entire project went on hold. The other one, client expecting to have secondary skills which i clearly mentioned in my CV. Most of the clients are banking projects. Even though they say they are using latest tech stacks, but when it comes to actual project you will realize what a legacy tech stack they are using. Most of us came from other country to poland by investing a lot of money and emotional investment. On top of it, because of three months probation, we couldnt find the proper rental accommodation as most of us are staying in either hotels or airbnb;s. This again costed extra money. You will get permanent only after three months probation if you have project. They are ruining careers of candidates who aspired to have a dreams and growth in poland. During hiring a person is selected based on their skills, the same CV would be presented to clients. But, they are rejecting. After that, HRs are coming back to candidates and asking candidates to learn different technologies. How come? One of the weird client requirement which i faced is a candidate has to know "Java,.net,python, cucumber, Azure." Moreover, Do not trust high rating of luxoft in glassdoor. These days anything can be manipulated.

Pros

Fixed Salary, Health Insurance coverage is good (Parents + Spouse + kids included)

Cons

Management is just playing around with employees, just the intention is to put them into any client and make them billable. Managers do not follow up regularly on employee's progress, once deployed to client they don't even care about your personal learnings and progress. Internal mobility options are just eye wash, they also process your visa and later drop your candidature citing some stupid reasons. They hardly provide annual hikes, when questioned they say your pay scale is already above market standards. No bonus component, do not support reiumbursement for tech certifications.
