Even though they say they are using latest tech stacks, but when it comes to actual project you will realize what a legacy tech stack they are using. Most of us came from other country to poland by investing a lot of money and emotional investment. On top of it, because of three months probation, we couldnt find the proper rental accommodation as most of us are staying in either hotels or airbnb;s. This again costed extra money. You will get permanent only after three months probation if you have project. They are ruining careers of candidates who aspired to have a dreams and growth in poland. During hiring a person is selected based on their skills, the same CV would be presented to clients. But, they are rejecting. After that, HRs are coming back to candidates and asking candidates to learn different technologies. How come? One of the weird client requirement which i faced is a candidate has to know "Java,.net,python, cucumber, Azure."
Moreover, Do not trust high rating of luxoft in glassdoor. These days anything can be manipulated.
